Immunostaining Cells

1. Fix with either 4% formaldehyde for 20 min or -20 methanol for 1-2 minutes

2. Wash with PBS

3. Permeabilize in PBS plus 0.5 % Triton X-100 for 10 minutes

4. Rinse with PBS 3X

5. Block with PBS + 2% BSA (pH 7.5) for 1 hr

6. Incubate primary antibody in blocking buffer 1hr to overnight

7. Wash 3X with PBS

8. Add secondary in Blocking buffer (1-2 hrs)

9. Wash 3X

10.Mount
